Shipping

We work together with different shipping companies depending on the place of delivery.
We strive to deliver your products as soon as possible.
The cost of shipping can be calculated at checkout, but before making your final payment.

Within the Netherlands expect 2 to 3 working days for your shipment to arrive.
Within the rest of Europe expect 7 to 9 working days for your shipment to arrive.

We will provide you with a Track & Trace number (if available) so you can track your package

Right of Withdrawal

After purchasing a product you have the possibility to disband our agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. You must express this right by using this standard form (click to open and download) and e-mail the completed standard form to info@fronttrading.com. After you’ve expressed this right you have a further 14 days to return the product. If we receive the product within this legal term, we will refund the initial purchase including shipping costs within 14 days after we receive the product. You only pay the sipping costs for returning the product. A returned┬ámust be complete, intact, undamaged and not used. Also, the product needs to be returned in it’s original packaging.

Returns

You can return your purchased product within 14 days after purchase and 1 day after delivery. The product must be complete, intact, undamaged and not used. Also, the product needs to be returned in it’s original packaging.

The costs of any returns are to be paid by the consumer.

If we made a mistake or a product arrives with damage, we will compensate the shipping costs of the returned product.

Returns are at risk of the consumer. We are not liable to any damage that is the result of returning a product. Make sure you always ask for a proof of shipping when returning a product.
